For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express, and Discover. We have finance options made easier with Sunbit Care Credit. Apply online www.carecredit.com or call (800) 365-8295. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (989) 883-3530. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. We are participant with Delta Dental and the Healthy Kids program through McLaren and Meridian. We will gladly bill most out of network dental insurances, but please call us at (989) 883-3530 for clarification and questions before hand.

All dental services performed must be paid at time of service. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage .Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
